Pool area was great. Both pools nice and clean and kiddies pool had a bit of a sun shade. Breakfast had enough variety, with an egg station etc. Staff very friendly and most helpful. Pool Bar staff were fun to chat to. Great location to beach. Resort looks just like what is in the photos. A little quiet oasis in busy Kuta.

- Location, central to shopping areas, beach, walking distance to most nearby attractions/streets - Friendly, welcoming staff - Big rooms - Lovely swimming pool/s area, with strict times of use to ensure quiet night times around the resort. (We appreciate this) - well-maintained gardens/grounds

Nice hotel complex with beautiful garden, clean, two small swiming pools with the bar. Room was at the first floor, quite steep stairs for my old mama. There was safe in the room, balcony with two chairs and stuff for wet dress. Bathroom was normal, shower not very good as it was long but very narrow. You had all the time this plastic curtain stick on your body. But the room was big enough for two beds. Our kids had same size room next door, with two beds and one extra bed but it was not that big for free of them. Beds were comfortable, extra pillows, clean.Very good breakfast bar, changing every day, fresh fruit, pancakes or waffles, fresh made eggs, some of balines special dishes. Near the hotel there were lot of restaurants. Just behind the corner there were three small stores. Across the street there was beach, but we just walk there in the evening or morning.

This place is paradise. Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, excellent food and the spa was wonderful. For breakfast you could order fresh made eggs plus a variety of other items. Our room was spacious and very clean. The outdoor bathroom and shower was different but was kinda fun. We booked a package at the spa and it first rate probably one of the best I have had. We ate all of our meals at the hotel as we were only there for a couple nights and we did not want to take a chance eating elsewhere. We were told not to drink and tap water and to even brush our teeth with bottled so we were very skeptical eating other places. Both pools were great. Overall I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. It’s like a little oasis in the midst of a very busy and congested area.

Stayed for a week with my family. It was definitely a very comfortable stay. Rooms were equipped with all the needed necessities and beds were comfortable. Ample space for the three of us with our luggages. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Wifi was stable throughout. Staff were accommodating and friendly. We had to check in late at night due to our late flight and they were on standby for our arrival. Breakfast was good and just enough to start your day. The location is about 5 minutes away from the beach and you can walk along Kuta street to get to restaurants and spas. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay.

Large clean rooms..super comfortable beds ,pillows..2 large pools with plenty of sunbeds and sunshine.. beautiful gardens..a little oasis in the middle of kuta..great selection of food at buffet breakfast..stayed here multiple times whilst travelling around bali with family...highly recommend ... Have been coming to Bali for years,first time we've stayed here..wish we had found it years ago...genuinely happy staff...the whole place just works really well

literally everything! the location is spot on - right in the heart of kuta, walking distance to everything needed but also quiet enough! the staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful - i don’t think there was 1 staff member that didn’t smile and say hello i loved it! the room was extremely clean and very comfortable - love the different towel animals every day!! will definitely be staying here again!! loveeeee

The resort is very affordable and staffs are very helpful. We had problems on locker and wifi at very late night, but the staffs were kindly helped us to fix the problems. The staffs are 24hrs ready for everything. When I came out to lobby to do some work, the night staffs were barely sleeping to deal with any emergency situations. And the resort kindly and surprisingly prepared the flower basket for my birthday. It was so cute, unexpected present. Thank you Kuta puri crew!
